Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are allowed for size issues, defective items, or incorrect products delivered.
Customers may request an exchange for the same product in a different size or an alternative item of equal value (subject to availability).
If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit or refund (as per policy) may be issued.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days with images as proof. We will prioritize resolving the issue promptly.
